1986

Perident Ltd is established and commences trading from factory base in Scotland, UK.

1988

Perident Ltd and Jordan AS relationship is established.

1991

Perident Ltd becomes wholly owned subsidiary of Jordan AS.

2004

A Factory extension is complete as demand increases and extra capacity is needed.

2010

Perident Star Sdn. Bhd is established, a joint venture between Perident Ltd and Star Plastics.

2011

Factory in Nilai, Malaysia opened.

2012

Orkla acquisition of Jordan AS:

Perident became part of the Lilleborg division of Orkla and acquired 100% ownership of the Perident Star manufacturing facility in Malaysia:

2016

Perident became part of the Home and Personal Care division of Orkla

Perident opens a second factory in Malaysia specialising in injection moulding and components.
